Cardio is fun again...not really

So after the whole change in elevation/huffing and puffin during camping I've decided to re-visit this whole cardioi thing. I'm pretty determined to make it an integral part of my daily life.. we'll see how long that lasts. Thankful I've elicited my lovely boyfriend to make sure I'm working out at least 3-4 times a week. Thus far he has exercised great support and I'm thankful for his encouragement.
I'll keep yall posted on my progress..
Past Goals in this whole realm of loosing weight and having self-discipline have not been fully achieved or maintained..

Here are Astrid's Future Goals
Year 2009
  • Run a 10k- ok for all of yall who can do this in your sleep, it would be a serious achievement for me
  • If Amy's doing the LA Marathon -- I'll be biking it.. guess I should get my bike fixed
  • Not huff and puff the next time I climb a mountain

All attainable. Keep praying that I continue to exercise discipline

Im glad that now I have to run a marathon to help you complete your goals! that will help me! anytime you need a cardio date just ask! Happy squats to you!!

I'll run half of the 10K with you. That's my goal. Maybe the whole 10K next year. Keep it up!!! :)
