Falling off the running wagon-- huh I do this alot

So being gone and then being tired and then being just plain lazy. But I decided to run yesterday and whew didn't think I was gonna make it-- back to square one though.. 3 miles -- grrr.. I'm hoping to do 4 miles tomorrow or more.. then there's the Fourth of July 5k Firecracker Run in Redondo -- that should be a fun run.. anyone want to join me :-)-- i'm not signed up -- just gonna treat it as a training run. Let's run!!! Fun fun fun.
