OMG ONE YEAR already

So it's official Adam and I have been together for a year. Official year date was 1/28/09.. anywho I'm not a big celebrater unless costumes are involved right, but I had a great weekend with my muffin. First, on Sat we went to IKEA to hang and get a better idea of each other's tastes. Then we got some yogurt and some bomb hazel cookies.. try them together next time yall are there.. yum. Afterwards we went to Numero One Pizza-- It was actually there this time. About a year ago when my sweet muffin planned our first date he had a special place in mind to take me...well unfortunately upon arriving Numero One was no where to be found... just a ginormous sign and an empty parking lot.. so marie callendars it was.. this time around though.. sucess. yay!!! Then we went to see a movie.. Last Chance Harvey.. sad and sweet... then a fun detour to view the LA basin at this park in pv.... it was pretty... all those lights actually made me like the city for 5 seconds... jk. city scapes at night are always nice... not a cool as nature or the beach but nice...
Great night. Low key and special.
Then Superbowl Sunday.. Wow this was interesting to say in the least.
Let's just say that the Keans are hard core Steeler fans... somewhat deafening at times. It was fun to watch them cheer..espeically Roxane--Adam's mom cuz she screams and it's super high pitched. Highlights were when Charlot(grandma) had this hilarious comments to her daughter.. She totally burned her and it cracked me, adam, holly and glenn. Doyle would also contribute in his cheering for the Cardinals and recieiving glares from various Steeler fans... oops. :-)..
Fun fun fun. I'm excited for us and what God has in store for us. I'm pretty optimistic but a realist nontheless and continue to ask for yall to pray for us, for our walk, our purity, our focus always to be on Christ.
