What's up party peeps

Hello fellow bloggers. Sorry I've been out of commisiom for so long. Internet and my apartment have not been able to co-exsist for the last few months. There was this spat... and it went something like this.
Internet: Hey house what's up?
Apartment: Oh not much so... ergh... uh I don't think we are going to be able to accomodate you.
Internet: Oh really
Apartment: Yeah
Internet: And why is that?
Apartment: Well the owners are cranky and have undergone new management.
Internet: In english
Apartment: Insufficient funds for bills
Internet: Gasp
Apartment: Don't fret
Internet: Ok

So yeah the only internet acess I've had is work or Adam's.. So ...to catch yall up in the life of Astrid

Since running the half-- I've gotten super lazy again.. I know sad times.. but I'm still trying.. Just the regualr excuses... busy...
On the upside I'm defintely taking more time to proritze my prayer life.. been convicted in lots of ways... Been prayin with brother Gabe, doing the AWANA thing on WEds and Bible study with Garbarinis.. so each day has been Christ packed... which is what I really need.. I can't believe how amazing out GOD is that he wants all of our attention yet we still find a way to stay distracted. Still need help in this area. Pray for this for me
Adam and I are just peachy thanks for praying for our purity and the growth of our relationship in Christ
Parents are just as crazy as ever.. at wits end with father and well mom-- she surprsied me today. She prayed. Might not seem like much but for me it was sweet like honey. She took my hand in the car and on the way home prayed for her husband. prayed for his heart, for God to knock some sense into him and for his mind. It was the sweetest prayer I've heard in a long time
So also thinking I'm gonna make the real plunge and move out this time. I'm hoping for early next year.. sometime in Jan-March depending on finaces, roomies and what not. please pray on this front too.. Hmmm oh yeah there's work to. It's crazy and I'm having an interesting time with the new position... Liking the daily challenge though I am finding a way to be authoritative to some and submissive to my boss as we are both learning our jobs.

Now for the real prayer-- for those who truly need your prayers and need them fervently
1. For a family our church who is needing to be out of there house by the 30th-- for comfort, strength, trust in our Lord, providence in a new home, love from their brothers and sisters
2. For this young girl I met today Ana who is 20 and her daughter Maria- about 2.. saw them at Albertson's parking lot asking for change to be able to pay her rent and feed her family. She was I think Middle Eastern.. Don't know if she knew Christ but I gave her church info and prayer with her knowing at least she'll have heard the gospel today. Pray she understood it and though she thanked me and said God bless you-- I pray that she would understand the truth of God's blessing to us his sons and daughters..
3. For the church at CBC-- The leadership, members, growth, and gospel to be preached and sent forth.
4.For our unbelieving sinful world and those who desperately need our Lord and savior.
That those of us who are resolved to know Christ and him crucified would multiply and glorify God...always.
