So today Elisabeth and I are gonna walk approx 2.5 or more miles depends on how she feels. I think if I do this every Monday then work my way up..i'm hoping to walk/jog at least 10-15 miles per week until october. I've got approx 4 miles on Sun, 2.5 Monday, Wed i'll do another 1-2 miles,Thursday2 miles, Friday -2-3 miles. hopefully San dunes on saturdays sometime. Right now it's a daily deal-- any today is monday...
Also excited b/c i'm getting my co-worker/friend Elizabeth to try the Long Beach Marathon--in October. Yeah!!!!! 13.1 miles here I come again.. Goal to beat previous time of 3 hours and 2 minutes.. This year's goal is 2 hours and 45 minutes.. 17 mins off time-- doesn't seem like much but it is.
